I've noticed a desire to see posters play nicer with each other in theology, especially GT. I had an interesting idea that isn't so original...
Why not have a monthly Poster of the Month? Inform everyone that it would be based on thoughtful, helpful and Christ-like discussion. Perhaps it would encourage many people to "straighten-up" a bit.
Of course, you'd have to have some policy to prevent from the same couple people from dominating it month after month, maybe require a 3-4 month rest before a certain poster can be back on the list.

I would think posters should "straighten-up" without having an award dangling in front of them.
And besides, I know I don't have a snowball's chance in hell of ever winning it
