"If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be upon them."
Yeahhh....this is a tough one.
Modern Christians aren't to eager to bring this one up. What are we saying as a whole now? Seriously, tell me what you think. Is the Pentateuch the "Old" Testament, outdated and (bluntly) insane? Who can find the best glasses for the omnipotent nearsightedness of God?

So, according to the text, any two males caught in the act, even today, must be put to death ?
Since lesbianism is not addressed in the Law of Moses, women, were allowed to practice sex with one another?

I am objective. But yes, that is precisely what I am asking.
And so the devil's work is made visable

And the man that committeth adultery with another man's wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death. (KJV)
ואיש אשר ינאף את־אשת איש אשר ינאף את־אשת רעהו מות־יומת הנאף והנאפת׃
A husband who commits adultery with the wife of another husband -- he who commits adultery with his friend's wife -- the adulterer and the adulteress shall die. Leviticus 20:10
The next two verses deal with adultery that is not just with the wife of a friend or neighbor, but the wife of the father or the son. Adultery is not excused because it is kept in the family. Then we read this verse:
If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood [shall be] upon them. (KJV)
ואיש אשר ישכב את־זכר משכבי אשה תועבה עשו שניהם מות יומתו דמיהם בם׃
If a husband lies with a man in his wife's bed the two commit "abomination" (taboo). They will die. Blood upon them.
Leviticus 20:13
And verse 14 condemns sleeping with both a woman and her daughter -- even if you are married to one of them.
Verse 10 gives the general case. Verses 11-14 closes the loopholes. It is still adultery if it is with your mother or your stepmother. It is still adultery if it is with your daughter-in-law. It is still adultery if it is with your mother-in-law or with your step-daughter. And it is still adultery if it is a man and not a woman.
Or do you claim that just because these verses condemn adultery they condemn all sex?

Then I would not be open to learning the truth when I still have so much more to learn. If I ever believed I knew all of God's truth, I'd be claiming to know the whole of God's mind -- I'd be, like Eve under the Serpent's influence, and like Nimrod, or whichever early king of Babel ordered the building of the Tower, and like the mad emperor Caligula, trying to become God

I'd say it more precisely as: oral sex is not mentioned

Seriously? Arrogance and hate is the worst way to respond. Every single theologian has to answer this question. The words of the bible can and have been interpreted, as evident by the modern state of Christianity. In the religion, there are different views on this subject. Don't be too quick to condemn an unknown soul (one of the millions who take an active interest in the words of the bible) to the inferno. That is absolutely irresponsible and frankly imbecilic.
I am more interested in the topic at hand--male homosexuality

We are no longer under the law. The law was our guard until faith would arrive. (Galatians 3:23) Now that faith has come, since John (Luke 16:16), the law is summed up in one that is love. (Romans 13:9) John preached that salvation is by belief and repentance. And by the hearing of faith, we recieved the Holy Spirit. (Galatians 3:2) If you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law but under grace. (Galatians 5:18) For we are not saved by works, but by grace. (Ephesians 2:8-9) This is His new commandment: Love your neighbor as yourself. (1 John 3:23)
I would advise anyone who has a problem with the law read the book of Galatians. This book is a provactive reading, guaranteed to fill your soul with sorrow and happiness. It is a good thing to know that we are no longer under the law.
Praise the Lord.
