Sad Can girls tell others about Jesus?

Okay, I feel so jealous that men can do whatever they want with God and be so treasured and loved by him while I get pushed aside and feel so undervalued. I want to tell others about Jesus and encourage them through my life's troubles! Can I do that?

Yes, my dear, you can and should tell others about Jesus.

All Christians are not in agreement over exacly what women's roles in the church should be. Obviously you've gotten a petty heavy dose of one view, and sadly, it has you doubting if you should be sharing your faith.

Of course you can! infact you should, the bible commands it after all (Acts 22:15 etc.)

I grew up in an Anglican church, and women played an important role (even dominated at times) in the church, and we even had a female priest for a while, and they still do have a permanent female deacon who strives constantly to spread the faith.

Even my local catholic church's faith sharing group is led by a woman, and I was converted through the constant efforts of a lovley young lady....

Christianity is a sadly misogynistic religion at times, but true Christians should not discriminate by gender, if you feel called to spread your faith go for it!

The only restrictions on what a woman can do biblically are:
She can't be a preacher/bishop
She can't be a deacon/elder
She can't teach men
other than that... she can be anything....
a judge, any civil office, any private office....
including a teacher of women.... just not having the title of preacher...

some denominations deviate from this and say it's ok for women to do anything....

but yes, you can and should evangelize to the lost... reach out and share your faith with someone you feel led to....

I suggest for a foundation looking into The Way of the Master... it's on here... or I or another can give you a link.....

May God Bless you in your faithful service to Him.

I don't see why not. Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. (2 Timothy 4:2)

See Isaiah 57:15-16, Job 7:17, Psalm 8:4, Job 15:14, Acts 17:26-28, Psalm 102:18-20 for why God cares about mankind.

See Deuteronomy 4:24 and Numbers 25 to see how vast His care is for His people.

You can and you should! You should never feel like that because you're female, you aren't treasured by God. We're just as valuable and loved by God.

Don't you listen to that previous poster. Of course, you can share your faith and witness to unbelievers. This is known as The Great Commission.

And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen. (Matthew 28:18-20)
