He was talking to his disciples, which are men.
But anyways, I agree that we all should evangelize.

If we lose our job, we worry about the bills. If we get sick, we wonder if it is 'the big one'. Are our children going to do well when they grow up? Will I have enough money to retire with? Will my lack of medical insurance mean I'll end up going bankrupt? Such concerns, which are part of life, are tests of our trust and hope in God as well as His faithfulness to us.
Of course you can and you should.We are God's chldren and are members of the Body of Christ (the Church),we must tell the good news to everybody!

Well said.The same thing came into my mind.Does anyone think that Jesus would have said to the woman at the well to shut up?On the other hand when Paul said that about the women teaching,perhaps he dealt with some problem in that local church or community.Let's look at the Word of God and ask the Holy Spirit to guide us in this thing and give us wisdom.God bless you.
