Hentenza is the Theology Admin...so yes, he's on staff. The other is Catholic. The split is not intentional. There have been two Catholics, two Protestants, and a mixed bag just like there is now. Depends when slots open up and who is available.

Staff has changed significantly since you were on it...I can't remember a time in the recent past (ie: last 8-9 months) that has has been a big (or even a little) denominational / territorial squabble like there used to be in the past.
So...what is the concern? "Representation" "balance" "fairness" something along those lines? If so those lines of thinking aren't worth much these days.
You could fire the entire staff and appoint Hentenza Grand Poobah and I wouldn't bat an eye even though I'm about as far from Baptist as you can get.
