Stand up for your faith!

I was recently banned from a forum because of my religious views, one post i replied to was a dig at Jesus, i felt i should call this chap an idiot, i was then called a bible thumper etc and thought i should write a lecture on tolerance amongst other things which proved i was no mere "Bible thumper" but was well read on many other things ie: lost gospels/Talmund etc and that i was capable of deep thinking and making up my own mind.
A moderator decided to tell us both to relax and "have a spliff". I told him i gave all that up five years ago after having a spiritual awakening and would say what i like ,i called him a "pothead" and was banned immediatley.
Since this spiritual awakening directly from God, i have experienced persecution from just about everyone, my family and friends do not care to speak to me anymore because of my firm beliefs, i would say to anyone who gets the same treatment to not ever feel ashamed or back down to anyone who mocks and scoffs at you. Stand up for what you believe and remember you are closer to God for it, in the last days,you will be able to control your fear while everyone else runs around like headless chickens.
Persecution for Christians is rife nowadays and a lot of it seems to come from the people who once called themselves Christians but are too embarrassed or afraid to speak about God. These people are deluded and will call you deluded and there is nothing you can do to change their minds, only God can do that if or when he chooses.

You're suprised the moderator banned you for calling him a pothead?

And yes, I agree. Although, America hasnt really experiences persecution of Christians. Many other countries are alot worse. But, as the END gets closer, it will get alot worse all over the globe. Lord have mercy on us.

I know what you mean. Funny how the people who talk about tolerance and openmindedness are the same ones who have zero respect for Christians.

It's partly our fault for taking so many slaps to the face and spits in the eye. Instead of "Yeah, I'm Christian, I am a child of God and deserve respect as a human being" most just stick their heads in the sand and hope that people will just leave them alone.

America has been a haven for Christians. We need to keep it a haven.
