I know what mine were because I wrote them down. They were:
Physical goals:
-Work out 20 times per month -Accumulate 9,000-11,000 minutes of exercise -Strength training 3 days per week
Academic Goals:
-Continuing getting all A's
Other:
-Volunteer more than I did in 2007
I accomplished getting all A's and volunteering more.
I *might* be able to get 9,000 minutes of exercise in before the year ends -- I am 855 minutes short of my goal -- if I dedicate 2 hours to exercising for 8 of the remaining days of the year I could make it. So I'm going to try that!
I won't be accomplishing the more specific goals of getting 20 workouts per month or 3 days of strength training per week because I encountered several obstacles that caused me to be unable to workout on that specific of a schedule.

My resolution was to run more often and increase my distance. I did both...I regularly ran 5K several times a week and increased my distance to run a 10K in August. I was then working towards a half-marathon. Though we had other plans for the year (we bought a house in May and wanted to start TTC this year) which took precedence and I got pregnant before the half-marathon I was going to run in October so didn't run that one.
