| I think it depends on what you mean by "moderate" or "liberal." If you mean someone who disagrees with, say, the divinity of Jesus, or whether Jesus was real or not, then I can't really help you.
But if you mean someone who might go against the grain on certain Christian traditions, then I would recommend anything by Greg Boyd (Gregboyd.org). He certainly holds to the divinity of Jesus, but he's what's called an "open theist".
