Sometime, time permitting, this weekend I am going to post a thread about Thermodynamics and why I think you guys have it mostly (all?) wrong.
But I would like to know what do you understand by thermodynamics 1st and 2nd laws in your own words.
As a starter I'll provide a statement that I would like to know why you disagree with it.

It was in reference to cellular biology and the like, how protein bonds and the like require energy.

I honestly can't tell if that's a joke or not...
Personally, whenever Hovind says something I agree with, I find myself questioning it. But hey, if you want his opinion, just watch his seminars or "ask any five year old". |

A five year old doesn't know 2% of what Hovind does on YEC.
Plus even if you watch his videos it would be faster just to ask him............ |

well that is really not saying much for YEC then, since he doesn't know 2% of what a 5 year old does on science. (how is the 5 year old supposed to be a compliment, surely 5 year olds don't know alot anyway... I am confused)
