Would you like to have a good purpose in life or would you like to be free?
You said you want to choose your own role which means you would like to be free, yet at the same sentence, you said you would like to discover yourself, which means you would like to find a purpose in life. Which means this importance of this purpose is what you're going to be and it's a certainty...but this isn't free, hence you can't discover yourself whilst choosing your own role in the universe.
You might want to think about life a bit more...
Its a christian forum. I am not christian. However, from my current level of understanding, its not at all contradictory. It makes perfect sence.
I tryed to be positive in a postiveness that all my freinds can appreicate, whilst staying true to myself.
"Like to be free" Free from what? Myself ? I dont really follow? I'de like to ask if I am a hostage to something ? Jesus said in the book of thomas the best."Whoever dosen't know self - dosen't know anything, but whoever knows self has allready acquired the knowlege about the depth of the universe" I know that its not a random thing to be here on earth. There for I'de like to understand my intentions and motives for being here and to the best of my abilities adjust to learn to realize and understand. The knowelge of the depth of the universe is quite an advancement, advancement of intelligence is one of the most pleasureable things, wouldent you rather become smarter than remain ignorant?
I realize that this thread is for positive messages So to continue.
I am quite excited to proceed through another day with positive thoughts, positive health and a postive outlook.
And the countless blessing in my life - not that I'm rich or anything by Western world measure but I have so much to thank God for, and it starts with simply allowing me to breathe
