(US is the only remaining active participant in the W.O.T.)

The remainder is due to the W Bush tax cuts, and left with interest accruing from the Reagan and Bush Sr. tax cuts in the 1980s, the recent insolvency problems, and there's a bit from the Savings and Loans debacle, even a few bucks for W's own part in that.

Note that this is the amount owed per man woman child and retired person. Unless every one of those pays up the consequences will be severe.

And the ever-increasing cost of Medicare and Medicaid, Social Security, inflation due to fiat currency, etc.

The Bible states that those who fornicate (living that lifestyle) will not inherit the Kingdom of God be it between homosexuals or men and woman who are not married. (Gal 5:19-21).
Again, I urge anyone who supports homosexual marriage to repent of their sin.

I don't believe either party can get us out of this mess, but it is pretty clear which one can and which one can't.

Liberals in Canada had government spending below income after years of deficit.
Now, over a decade now, we had surpluses.
What is United States going to do?
