70 Weeks

Hi, Im not sure Im posting this with the right motive, or if this is the proper place to post such a question.

Im under the impression that I can ask a member of the Theology Staff a question and they will give me an answer.

Is the Old Testement prophet Daniel a legitimate book? If the book is was written by the Holy Spirit what is you understanding of the 70 weeks prophecy found in chapter 9.
