now I think you should for yoga since it's necessary to have a balance between physical and mental health. since i am experienced in yoga. I would recommended you to go for the same.

That's awesome, but I'd also recommend some cardio excercise (like running, biking, the eliptical at the gym, etc.) along with the strength training.

i love strength training! good job dude, i know exactly what you mean. as they say, no pain no gain! i love being sore, it feels great.
im training to join the army and when i started, it was so flabby and out of shape. my brother (ex army) went all crazy drill sergeant on me and was like yelling "YOU CALL THAT A PUSHUP PRIVATE?! MY GRANDMA DOES BETTER PUSHUPS THAN THAT AND SHE'LL BE 85 THIS SPRING" hahahah. but it taught me to do it right. and i started doing other exercises, and man... i actually feel strong for a girl. like, almost as strong as a guy. it feels good to be sitting on the floor too and be able to get up with no trouble and no support. weeeeeee strength training!
