Creation & EvolutionForum for the discussion of this important topic. This forum is open to non-believers. There is a Christians-only forum in the Christians-only section too.
If it was enough to kill all the dinosaurs.. Then where is the marking?
Also there is a huge-- (not as big as the Gulf, of course) --impact crater on Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula. I visited it when I was in Cancun. You can take day trips from your hotel to see it. I guess God was flinging big rocks at the Earth, that day.

Maybe god was playing cosmic bowling. 9 planets 1 star, 10 pins in a bowling game, definatly too big of a coincidence to be just chance. We could just be a pin in that big bowlerama in the sky.

I like it, clever!
Let's just hope the fat guy, who smells like cheap beer with his name embroidered on his bowling shirt doesn't show up, the next time he starts in-to cheer him on.

People like Lyle do a disservice to their faith: they help perpetuate the myth that Christians are simple minded sheep. I would be highly offended by your propositions if I were a Christian, Lyle. However, Im not a Christian so Im just amused really.
I wouldn't say people like Lyle. I would say people like Hovind. After all, we shouldn't dock Lyle for believing that he was being taught correct information. although we should come down hard on the people who should know better, yet sell false information anyway, like Hovind.
Is Hovind Drdino? Because I have been to drdino's site and it is quite absurd. I have heard Hovind's name thrown around a lot but I do not know who he is really (besides being a creationist evangelist).

yeah, he's the Guy. a certain Mr Kent Hovind, though he prefers Dr since he bought his degree from a degree mill. We all love kent hovind here (it is not enough to agree with Kent Hovind, you must love Kent Hovind), it really brightens our day when we hear him mentioned, what with his exemplary knowledge of abiogenesis and biology (he thinks bacteria have to reproduce sexually) to his knowledge of anatomy (he thinks the hyrax is the same as the hyracotherium) and onto his knowledge of physics (he thinks that conservation of angular momentum means that things always have to spin in the direction) and mathematics (the invert square law) and his knowledge of geology (he thinks the geological strata were gravitically sorted). He used to be a science teacher for 15 years too... so he must be right.

...off to his site right nowfor some kicks.
hey give the guy some credit; at least his website has got a phat layout, and...I actually found the forums through his site!
I actually do rather like the design of his site, but that is a bad thing as it means an impressionable young Christian may find it and gather the misconception that he knows what the hell he is talking about.
