Most soldiers I know, myself included are not democrat, they are seen as anti-military rather that is true or not. Hilary Clinton is seen as someone who sided with soldier votes not being counted in Florida rather that was really her stance or not.... did anyone throw a pie at her?

I'm sorry but when is bush going to visit the families of AMERICANS whos children died in iraq.
"We are all grateful for his service and we should honor it today," Clark said of 22-year-old Army Spc. Darius Jennings, who was killed Sunday when a CH-47 Chinook helicopter was shot down in the deadliest single strike against U.S. forces since the war began.

""It wasn't a political thing. It was personal," Jennings' mother Harriet Johnson said of Clark's visit to her home.

Johnson has been critical of the war in Iraq since her son's death, and has called on President Bush to visit her family, saying it's "something he should do for each and every family that had a fallen soldier."

White House spokesman Taylor Gross did not immediately comment on whether Bush would visit the family."

I'm sure the Iraqi widow with four kids to look after who's husband was Blitzed by US bombers will be delighted to see the man who ordered her husband's killing in her country rubbing her nose in it....

Sorry. That was nice of Clark, but it we have 300 plus dead heroes over there. Is it realisitc that the president of the United States could take a year out of his schedule to visit all those families? He has visited with some of them--personally. Bush has a job to do and he was doing it today in encouraging our troops and reassuring the citizens of Iraq that we aren't going to abandon them and run. Clark is also at work...he is seeking the democratic nomination.

He doesn't have time to visit 1!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? He could at least hold a dinner and invite them all. Bush does it all the time but they are Fundraisers where the only purpose is to serve his own greedy needs.

And it says that Clark did visit someone even though he was sooooo busy with his campaign. He took time out of his schedule to do so.

AND BUSH CANT DO THE SAME FOR HIS OWN SOLDIERS FAMILIES.

I wonder why? Is it because he's ashamed of facing the families of the victims?
