and we were not out of the dark ages completely yet either. In God's eyes, this would probably read like a stock market report. Up and down, sometimes we get it and in other reports we do not. God's stock of truth is not the highest selling commodity on the earth's market. In fact, more and more are buying satan's stocks of lies. Reminds me of junk bonds, worthless. Yet there is a frenzy to buy them. When the stock market closes, what will you be holding?
i agree... but unlike most of Christianity, I'm not gonna be caught without any oil in my lamp when i hear that cry at midnight, unlike those who don't even bother to watch what is going on
But what you do see are those that oppose abortion, believe in Biblical prophecy, and think the Government shouldn't run our lives are labeled "extremists" and "threats" to security. Those are CHRISTIANS! A good number of them are protesting the government on Wednesday the 15th.

A footnote attached to the report by the Homeland Security Office of Intelligence and Analysis defines "rightwing extremism in the United States" as including not just racist or hate groups, but also groups that reject federal authority in favor of state or local authority. "It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single-issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration," the warning says
Of course this article is not necessarily about the main stream right wing.
This imo is just the start. Obama is gonna clamp down on all of our rights, the rights of those on the right to stand up for what we believe.

You are absolutely right. This is just the beginning. They do indeed intend to categorize Christians and those who stand for morality and justice as extremists. I think they knew there would be outrage as they turn up the heat and they have prepared for it:
"The contract, which is effective immediately, provides for establishing temporary detention and processing capabilities to augment existing ICE Detention and Removal Operations (DRO) Program facilities in the event of an emergency influx of immigrants into the U.S., or to support the rapid development of new programs"
They intend to control information and speech so that they can start to squelch opposition.

I agree with all this, but i am curious about why so many people think Obama is so bad that he generates speculation that he is 'the antichrist', as he is yet to prove himself to be as bad as Bush was.. although i.m.o. he will turn out to be worse.. but wonder where people get the opinion about him from, as so many people were voting for him, and the other fellow was apocalyptically bad.. so i suppose the people were not given any choise.. the two crooks that have been running the US for 50 years, (i wont say who they are).. placed Obama where he is..

he's actually been arrested a few times now... one that I just saw, he was arrested i 1998 for asking President Bush a question about the federal reserve, and he was also once arrested for refusing to scan his thumb to renew his driver's license.
I can't imagine either of these are actually gazetted crimes anywhere, so I suspect there is more to the story you aren't either sharing or privy to.

OH, this could get ugly folks...
If the Department of Homeland Security has labeled the following people (us) as extremists and threats, then doesn't that mean that we are then subject to the Patriot Act?...(warrantless searches and seizures?)
People who have been added to the list of extremist threats:
1. anti-abortion
2. anti-illegal immigration
3. anti-massive Federal government
4. anti-one world government/new world order
5. believers in Biblical prophecy
6. returning veterans
