This all came out out of nowhere and I have a skin problem. I feel like I am missing out on so much and I don't know why this is happening. I am glad I can find strength and joy in Christ. May I suggest some books by Art Mathias? He is an amazing author who is biblically sound, encouraging, and helpful. I am reading one of his books now, Biblical Foundations for Freedom.
