Thanks, tturt. I never thought about that. Healthy churches don't tolerate divisive members, nor should they. (They tend to howl at the moon...and eat sheep.)
Floating axe - I sure didn't mean that you should be cast aside b/c of your views. I'm saying the church or wherever Christians group together, there seems to be standards - dress, drive vehicles, be employed like us, interpret scriptures the same way we do, etc. Often we don't accept / welcome believers or unbelievers.
Heya tturt!! Thanks for the scripture. I'm going to pour over them during lunch today. I'm getting quite excited looking into all this, and I thank everyone's input. I do believe that angels carry a workload - and it's time I start praying like that. Perhaps when praying for an answer or breakthrough, I can pray for angels to assist in a smooth delivery lol. Still not quite got my head wrapped around it yet.
I had an interesting dream about angels the other night....at first it was just a normal dream with random weird dream happenings that I can't remember anymore....I always know when I've been dreaming and that there was strange stuff going on but I hardly ever remember them. But this one stuck with me, I think it was important.
Anyway my husband and I were in a public place...maybe a restaurant, I'm not sure. He was being attacked by this icky, sticky black fog/spirit that was evil. It would dive towards him and wrap itself around his chest and start to sink in wrapping around his heart, I got the impression that it was a physical attack on his heart as well as his emotions. It was gripping him tight and I was praying and rebuking and fighting and speaking the word and that would drive it off a few feet and then it would twirl around and attack again..........this happened over and over.
Then, I think I heard a voice (audible or otherwise) tell me to ask an angel to come and fight this spirit because I just couldn't defeat it on my own...........so I did just that, I prayed. I asked an angel to come and fight this evil spirit and an angel came down and made quick work of that vile spirit and my husband was well again.
The next day I prayed that for real and not just in my dream. I don't really know exactly what it was about, but I don't feel it was random.
Thanks for sharing your dream.. you seemed to know what it meant even whilst in the dream.. almost all my dreams I can never understand them even after pondering on them..
