what's the deal?

so i've been taking hydroxycut max for almost a week, i haven't eated more than 1700 calories in a day for probably a year, i drink nothing but water, milk, and oj, i work out not as often as i should, and i'm not losing weight! i don't know why. most people lose 10-20lbs with hm alone. what is the deal???

I am defiantly not a nutritionist nor am I a trainer, I just read a lot and love working out. It sounds like you have plateaued. First off, I’m not telling you what you should or shouldn’t put in your body, however even though ephedrine is no longer used there are still “not so positive” side effects of Hydroxycut. Second what does your workout consist of?

i know. i've had some of the "not so positive" side effects, but they went away when i started drinking the recommended amount of water and stopped drinking caffeine. anyway, my workout lately has consisted of nothing. running maybe once a week since i started planning my wedding. it's a little frustrating.

Yeah thats good that you are taking it like you should. It probably wouldn't hurt to toss in a very light weight routine. By that I mean do high reps of a light weight at a fast pace. This will boost your metabolism even longer than just running.

okay... so, update. i stopped taking the hydroxycut about three weeks ago. since then, i sat down with a doctor and came up with a calorie plan incorporating slim fast. i've been eating 1500 calories a day with maybe a slip up on saturday or sunday. and i drink nothing but water. still, in three weeks i've only lost two pounds. i really don't know what to do at this point...

in school i remember we learn that.
we have to exercise 3days per week and each exercise should last for at least 15min.

try swimming =) this way you can easily exercise more than 15min compare to the run.
someone told me that it takes 20min before the body start using the stored energy in fat. you can give this a try. congrats on your wedding

Cut your oj and replace it with eating the actual orange. OJ is just the sugar of the fruit, if you eat the whole fruit, your body will treat the sugar differently since your adding the great fiber.
