i think that a subject like this could go into what i suggest.. an 'Off Topic' forum.. for things which arn't to do with christianity in the main.. or don't have to be.. like paranormal stuff.. and conspiracies.. etc..
just because someone is christian dosn't mean that they think about nothing else.. ever.. and have no interests outside of christianity, whatever that is.. outside of christianity.. the hobbies are on this site, so playing a computer game, or discussing politics.. should that be on a christian site, because it isn't about the bible?
Believing in the paranormal goes against what the Bible teaches.
I do agree, christians do think about other things, I have often wondered about the paranormal myself but I don't think that the forum is suitable for this site. *shrugs*.
I agree that there should a group to discuss such things, no matter if they are real or not. The type of shows mentioned above are just as popular here in the UK I don't if it should come under hobbies or a different area. As Christians we should be prepared to explore and not hide behind our faith. Instead we should use that faith to help us to discern from fact and fantasy. If a group gets going give me a shout. The reason for thinking that the hobbies section is the right place is that if 'ghosts' or 'spirits of the dead' do exist then this is a serious issue and not a hobby and the Christian/Biblical searching of scriptures should be considered important, after you would discussing or dealing with people that did have life just we do. Good old fashioned prayer is called for here.

Do Paranormal Threads in the Apologetic Section...
How about starting threads about this in the Apologetic area of the forum? Then it can be discussed there.
