This video was show in the main forum and I found it pretty interesting and wanted to comment on it, but not in the context originally posted, so I moved it here where I'm likely to get a little more ...what's the word...feedback.
Oh, here's the comment that went with the vid:
He slew people "in the Spirit", talked about using this "power" to heal "conditions" and other problems, and, oh, there were people "Laughing in the Spirit".... All he has to do now is confess Jesus and we can call this a Revival!! Catch the Wave everybody!
Now this guy does NOT confess the name of Jesus........He is NOT glorifying God. He calls it matrix energy or something.
I once was in a conversation where it was brought up that the gifts of God, the principles of the Bible....they WORK whether you're saved or not. Do you think that means that faith heals, faith does miracles, etc?

This is called "Matrix Energetics". I studied with Richard a number of years ago. Took his training, saw him in his private practice, used Matrix Energetics in my own healing practice.
One thing that Richard teaches (or did at the time) is a 21 level attunement process where each attunement is associated with a particular healing need. When I was "imparted" with these attunements, I passed out and had a powerful vision of an angel. I asked, "Who are you", and the "angel" answered, "Gabriel". From that point on for over a week, my body would spontaneously move through all 21 energetic levels. My body would freeze and I had no control over it. Once, it happened while I was stopped at an intersection. Luckily, it passed before the light turned, but the fear of being out of control was overwhelming. For the first time in my life, I wondered if I was becoming insane. I talked to one of his assistants about this, and she told me that I had now entered into a higher level of consciousness. My body/mind was merely trying to re-calibrate itself to my spirit's level.
One thing of note. I saw many amazing things that Richard could do. "Collapsing the wave" (what we would call being "slain in the spirit") is something he could do by rows. But the real healings were few and far between. He could take away pain or reduce arthritis, but then again, so could I. But I never saw real miracles such as diabetes being healed or MS. In desperation I sent some of my terminal clients to him. They all died.
The counterfeit has real power, but nothing compares to the true power of the Holy Spirit.
Another thing.....Richard is among the most respected healers in Washington state. Most of the people who take his trainings (which are always filled to the brim) are chiropractors, naturopaths, acupuncturists, physical therapists and massage therapists. One massage therapy school in Seattle sponsors every student through his training. His popularity is growing.
A think a lot of clients have no clue what they're getting when they see a healing professional.
