Why are some of my posts requiring moderator approval?
Why are some of my posts coming up and stating they need moderator approval before being posted? I've looked on the site and can't find why this might happen, with the exception of new members (and with over 1000 posts and having been here over 6 months, I don't think I qualify as new). Also, to the best of my knowledge, I have no warnings/notifications.
It just seems to happen to some posts (I think no more than 5 times, maybe just 3), most of my posts do not get a screen stating they need moderator approval. Can someone explain this please?

The only ones that SHOULD be going to the moderated queue are in Recovery... but we currently have a bug that is randomly making other posts go to the moderated queue as well. Some people are more affected by this than others (some people seem to have all their posts moderated for some reason). We hope this bug will be corrected soon

Mine showed up the same way too... can't find much information on that, but it is kind of off-putting.
If you post in the Struggles With Sexuality section or the Self Injury Support forums, they are automatically moderated - everyones posts are moderated there. However, sometimes its just a random thing, and people get modereated.... not sure why that happens

No, it was the polls and workplace ministry (my latest posts). But maybe it was my signature, because I got a PM about siggy violation. So hopefully that was it.

This seems to happen most with new members...I'm basically convinced that it has to do with the fluky anti-spam measures that vbulletin has built in...this has been a problem with with many vbulletin boards lately. I think as we approve the posts which have been moderated there is some sort of heuristic that learns that the user is ok...but this is completely random (and totally annoying).
So hopefully that was it.
