So I downloaded Expelled over bit torrent.

It's a .mp4 file. I tried to run it on winamp but I would only get sound and no video, then I tried to it on WMP and I would only get video and no sound. I later installed this codec and on winamp it would just not work and on WMP it would give me a "moov atom not found" error. Any help on how to get this to work would be appreciated because I sort of want to see this movie.

I generally hate it, but I think it's your best bet for .mp4 movies.

I had a similar problem with a Xvid film, but I can watch it with VLC, which you can download for free and has all the codecs you need.

VLC Player seconded. You can get it here. If that doesn't play it then there's no hope.

Also, I think Quicktime might play it... I'm pretty sure mp4 is Apple's codec of choice.

Is it thievery to take that which is already stolen? The producer of this movie has multiple lawsuits against them for stealing intellectual property? I'm not sure I know the answer
