The size of the cropping box can be easily changed by holding down the shift key while dragging one of the corners of the box. It will always stay square in shape though.

I posted this in the WD area...I keep getting an error message when I go to edit my avatar. It says that I'm not logged in under Avatar Canvas. Does anyone know what could be causing this?
I see that the thanks icon has been turned off...lol
hmm, so do i have to remove my entire character bit by bit to put in a background and then put all the pieces back?

I was wondering kindof the same thing. I want to move my character. Is there a way I can tie all the layers together so that I don't have to remove each item and them put them back and move every single one of them to the correct spot every time?
I noticed I can only select either the last item I added of the second to last. I can't select the background or the body if I have added other items.

when you log in you need to check the remember me box to stay logged in for the avatars

you can add the background and then use the layer down button to put it under the character, keep clicking on it until the background is in the bottom position...
doesn't for me either, ???? Can't figure out how to make it fill the whole box. done the shift Crop thing, any suggestions
In my character I used one of the Living Avatar backgrounds. The old CF backgrounds are too small and will not fit the box unless you crop it really tight.
