I agree that the language is uncalled for but so is a lot of the language they use in Prime Time TV. I thought the sex scenes were really mild and again much less that we see in an average week in movies or television.

I think since his whole spin is the other side of the story we have no option but to feel empathy and sadness for characters we love to hate. They are great parallels for good vs evil.

I love his books even though they don't leave me with warm fuzzies.
