Well, nothing like that, but I remember during Katrina one of the Christian volunteers who worked with the minister, with dedication, dragging himself around the floor, because his legs were no use to him. He was healed and began to walk. Now that will do me as a great healing.
I did here a story about a person who had one leg shorter than the other and her two feet were totally different sizes, 6 and 8. Her leg grew, and her size 6 foot grew to size 8.
If God found that it was necessary to make His power known, then He would; however, I feel that seeing such a drastic miracle (though very possible, for anything is possible with God), isn't neccessary to have God reach those people who said that to you.
They will come around, for God calls those who He wishes to call. Just love them and plant seeds, my friend.

I have faith in that verse, so you'd better get a hard hat- I'm about to do some major landscaping.
These skeptical "friends" have no alternative way that this could be done. If they were really seekers of truth, The healings that are documented and I have seen go way beyond random statistical chance both in numbers and in improbability.
God does not sit on a microscope slide and jump when unbelievers tell Him to jump. He is Lord of the universe, not these unbelievers.

Ferfriggsake...they took the leg off below the knee in 1995, 13 years later it is still a stump. She will be dead from old age or because of her accident prone existence well before appreciable growth happens...if it even is happening anymore..no updates since 2002 I see..
Mountains are growing faster than this woman's leg.

I attended seminary with a man, Casey, who was in an accident that cut his bicep in half--- the muscle is literally missing, much less tendons/ligaments attaching anything to the bone. Yet, after prayer God healed his arm-- not by putting the missing muscle back, but by allowing the arm to work perfectly without any muscles/tendons/ligaments (and yes, there are x-rays/doctor's reports to confirm).
I know another man, Stan, who was born severely clubfoot. After praying for him, the bones in his feet re-arranged themselves in front of my eyes in about a 2 minute time period. I stood there in awe as I watched it happen. Afterwards, his feet would not fit into his custom made orthopedic shoes because his feet are now over an inch wider than they had been a few minutes before.

The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them.
Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the man who takes refuge in him.Psalm 34:7-8
