Prayer Requests?

Thought perhaps we might persuade a moderator to sticky this and we could add our prayer requests and answered prayers here. Nothing dispels social distance and coldness like the warm embrace of praying for one another....

Moriah's son bes goesy off to boot camp tomorrow, so you know it covets prayers for his safety, courage and endurance during the rigorous training and discipline he will be getting there.

My church is having a evangelistic effort here in the Newport News this week and next. www.calvaryadventist.org

I pray that God will reach out through the people involved to those who come and that those who come will be blessed.

Moriah, My son is active duty Air Force, so I pray for all military personnel. I will pray specifically for your son as he goes through boot camp and beyond. Who knows, maybe my son will be the navigator in the C130 that takes your son overseas or where ever he goes.
Please pray for my son as he does what he does in the USAF.

Where did you get that ARMY MOM sticker?? I would like one that says Air Force MOM. I do have a sticker on my car rear bumper that says my son serves-USAF. Can't you tell that I am a proud MOM.

Thanks so much for the web sites. I will go there and get a t-shirt that says Air Force MOM.
The only t-shirts/sweat shirts I wear are those that my son and DIL send to me from what ever base they are at.

Hey Diana,

If you right-click you can either save the image or do "view image" which will put you at the URL where the image exists. Then to put them on your web site you would use an HTML image tag to do that with the URL of the image.

If you want to put one as your CF avatar you need to go to the "control panel" and in the left hand menu there you can modify your profile. It should be the first selection in the left side menu under the Control Panel. Find the input box for an avatar and you can put in a web URL or upload an image from your computer.
