Reps: 3,760 (power: 0) | | | I go to a big Elim Pentecostal, but 18 evangelical Southport Churches Together do monthly joint Sunday 3/4pm celebrations, May/October, in Princess Diana Gardens, Lord Street
Any going to Easter People at Southport Pontins?

Reps: 3,760 (power: 0) | | | NW REGIONAL STRATEGY As there's city-wide prayer long established in Manchester & Liverpool & town-wide in Southport, (& Wigan & Preston?), let's seek the Lord @ regional outreaches & celebrations
In Acts 1:8, our "Judea" = our region & our "Samaria" = enemy territory
With longstanding rivalry between cities & towns in ANY region, it is a powerful witness to co-operate for the Kingdom, yes?
In fact, within most towns & cities, district rivalries have often spawned violence
City-wide missions have very often had that special anointing God promised to command ,"when brothers dwell together in unity"

Reps: 3,760 (power: 0) | | | HOW OUR TOWNS EVANGELICAL CHURCHES BEGAN REGULAR WORK TOGETHER..
It was thru the youth groups, who do themed multi-media presentations on the 1st Sunday 6.30pm of each month, with drama, songs, dance, interviews, etc, as well as a Bible talk on the theme
1 Feb is at Southport Community Church, Ash Street, off Scarisbrick New Road
Incidentally, Southport Elim Pentecostal then begin "40 days of purposeful prayer", in groups focussed on the Rick Warren classic, "Purpose Driven Life"
Buying in bulk, we got them £5 each
