Absolutely not. However, I also don't let my 3-year-old daughter watch many television shows that are geared for her age. I'm very picky about what she is allowed to watch.

Well I watched the Simpsons since that age, but I think family guy or south park isn't as mild as the simpsons.

So simpsons, maybe. family guy and south park, no.

This deadens truth."

I don't even like my teens/college aged kids watching those shows. I think they're crude and disgusting. However, except for Family Guy, DH doesn't think they're that bad, so he lets them watch them (in a different room, with no small children around).

I've never seen family guy, but have seen King of the Hill.

I don't even want to watch it. So no way would my kids be allowed to watch it. We don't watch the Simpsons either.

I don't even allow my nine year old to watch those shows...much less a three year old.

I am with you!

I don't think they are kids' shows and I actually don't think they are good for adults to watch either! I prefer to try and keep more "positive" input happening!

Funny, yes. Edifying, no!
