My philosophy on Biblical interpretation mainly is on the basis of understanding the entire Bible within the context it was written and having some understanding of the original language text. The Progressive answers seemed to make the Bible totally irrelevant to today's society, but contained the most clear contextual understanding. Can't we interpret the Bible in it's true historical and cultural context and still hold it as the ultimate truth and inerrant or am I confused? Was that confusing?
