where does it say this definition in the bible?

“He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me; and he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me. ... He who has found his life will lose it, and he who has lost his life for My sake will find it."
A spring of hot water can heal, a spring of cold water can refresh, but a pool of lukewarm water causes sickness.

God requires that we strive for perfection. Run the good race. Maybe what is perfection in man's eyes is not the same in God's eyes. No doubt, we must live according to the bible. Jesus is our example. I would say, eventually, yes.

There is only one perfect one and that is Jesus Christ. He only asks that we strive toward perfection. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode | | | |
