...How do you kill nanobots? Probably with chemical solvents. I don't think ordinary water would do the job...

On the other hand, nanobots are insanely slow. They just don't have the mass for major energy storage. It will be weeks before we have anything to worry about. Then again, it's been weeks, hasn't it?
