Any of our local creo's care to comment? http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/e...on/7028639.stm Prof Reiss says the rise of creationism is partly down to the large increase in Muslim pupils in UK schools. He said: "The number of Muslim students has grown considerably in the last 10 to 20 years and a higher proportion of Muslim families do not accept evolutionary theory compared with Christian families.
That's one reason why it's more of an issue in schools."

Good angle. I like it.
Ps. I notice no creationists have chimed in yet. We're waiting for your thoughts.

I have seen AV counter some of elwil's posts, but for the most part, Islamic Creationists and Christian Creationists tend to ignore each other.

You'd think that two groups, using the same evidence and arguments to the same conclusion but with a different motive would lead them to question their beliefs. After all, if it were true, it wouldn't lead equally well in two directions would it? Their silence is just another demonstration of their deliberate ignorance.

I just spat my coffee out laughing at your post...
But it's - oh so true. I was hoping that creationism wouldn't hit the UK in any form. I like it's secular nature - I want it to stay that way.
Although it's not really that secular.........
