Reps: 5,365 (power: 27) | | | I dont know about the second one, but the Ica stones have been shown to be a fraud, as they mention. Whats interesting is parts of the story that they leave out.
That the Patina on the stones made it almost impossible to get an accurate date, although it did appear they were old (although patina can be faked well enough to appear old, ive seen it done numerous times), however, clay figures that were claimed to come from the same area were dated as young (within the last 100 years). These clay figures were thought to have come from the same people as the tablets, and depicted similar things.
That the BBC team that investigated actually watched the production of a stone that was very similar to the ica stone. They talk about the amazing things found on the stones but they dont mention the errors, one of the stones I have seen, depicts a t-rex fighting with a man, the t-rex is in the old outdated possition with an apparently useless tail draging behind him, a view that was held to be correct around the time the stones were found, but has later been shown to be a false view.
The thing that I find thats amazing is that there was supposably a space faring civilization on earth, yet all we can find of it are a couple drawings that seem to be dubious in nature. I guess our space cousins built everything out of biodegratable material.

Ha. I've never heard of that before.
Yeah, but wouldn't that be totally sweet?

Yes, I read several books on this subject this last summer. Very interesting. The thing i found odd is that instead of showing what was found the author showed drawings of what was found. I do believe that space theory is possible, surely, but am a little skeptical that it actually did happen. One of the books I read said that in one of the tombs in Egypt it depicts a rocket ship carved in amongst the other pics and -glyphs. I have been to Egypt but did not see this. Of course I was not in every tomb . It seems like our tour guide would have mentioned something though, that would be an incredible find. Do you know anything else about this??

If you are interested in reading more about this thought 2 books are Genesis Revisited by Zaccahria Sitchzen and also Finger Prints of The Gods (Cannot recall the author off hand.) Sitchzen makes some incredible claims....not sure how verifiable it is but aan enjoyable quick, easy read.
