I guess we might call this a clear case of "irreconcilable theological differences".
I can see where both sides are coming from, but ultimately consider the debate to be as futile as a discussion between Trekkies and Star Wars fans:

why not live a life of sin and repent after?? well for one you don't know when you will stand before God and if you are standing before God then it is to late to repent..

Jesus was created miraculously by the power of God just like Adam, but within the womb of Mary, hence he was begotten, but not by sexual means. So no, I do not think it is absurd.

Jesus was created miraculously by the power of God just like Adam...
This is what Islam says and so we believe but your religion Christianity says that Jesus was not created but God's Himself and just came to earth, If I am not mistaken.

What Christians ascribe to regarding Jesus(PBUH) is that he was God on earth; not simply the Son of God as Adam was. You believe in his divinity whereas we don't. We believe in the Immaculate Conception and that he's the Messiah but we do not believe that he was God or equal to God in any form. He was a great prophet and that's all.
