Christ Quotes by Kenneth Hagin...

"Be quick to repent and quick to forgive and you'll never be far from God. "

"If it [the Word] doesn't work, it's because I don't work it."

"(Negative) thoughts are like birds, you can't keep them from flying around your head but you can keep them from building a nest in you hair."

"Thinking faith thoughts and speaking faith words will lead your heart out of defeat and into victory."
"Your mind doesn't stay renewed anymore than your hair stays combed."

I liked this one by Kenneth Copeland;

This country belongs to God ... He's the One who brought the United States of America into existence. He had a special purpose for it ... He raised it up, and it's not going to be taken away from Him.

"Christ's physical death on the cross was not enough to save us." (Kenneth Hagin, How Jesus obtained His Name, Tape 44H01)

"Why did He need to be begotten or born? Because He became like we were - separated from God. Because He tasted spiritual death for every man. And His spirit and inner men went to hell in my place. Can't you see that? Physical death wouldn't remove your sins. He's tasted death for every man. He's talking about tasting spiritual death. Jesus is the first person that was ever born again. Why did His spirit need to be born again? Because it was estranged from God." (Kenneth Hagin, "How Jesus obtained His Name" (Kenneth Hagin Ministries, audio tape #44-H01)

Let me tell you something about Calvary. Calvary was nothing else but unmitigated war. You understand? It was a fight between God and the devil, and the devil thought he won. They said, "We killed Him. He's dead. Bless God, bury that boy and we ain't gonna talk about Him no more." But three days later, in the midst of a party, the Lord Jesus came alive, the Spirit of God came out. Jesus said, "Will you leave my soul in hell?" And Jehovah-Jira said, "Bless God, no," and He raised Him from the dead. Every demon in hell said "What are we going to do? What are we going to do?" And it was recorded, they said, "If we would have known, we would have never crucified Him." (Jesse Duplantis Show, TBN, October 5, 1998)

"Spiritual death means something more than separation from God. Spiritual death also means having Satan's nature Jesus tasted death spiritual death for every man." (Kenneth E. Hagin, The Name of Jesus (Tulsa, OK: Kenneth Hagin Ministries, 1981).

I love that quote. Brother Hagin knew what he was talking about...

Here are some quotes that I put together when I did the research for my book: Another Side of the Coin, I think you will enjoy them.

“Anything that the Bible promises you now, you can receive now by taking the four steps—1. Say it. 2. Do it. 3. Receive it. 4. Tell it.” (Hagin pg. 6, 32 in How To Write Your Own Ticket With God)

[Speaking concerning healing] “Let me ask you this: If God wants you sick, why do you want to get well? Why go to the hospital for an operation if God wants you sick? You’d be out of the will of God. Why take even an aspirin if God wants you sick? Why don’t you just keep your headache if it’s God’s will for you? Doctors believe God wants us well; other wise, they’d be working against God. God wants you well. God wants me well.” (A Better Covenant pg. 11).

“The blood of Jesus Christ is precious because of its PACIFYING power…the blood of Christ pacifies the broken law — we’ve all sinned and come short of the glory of God (Rom. 3:23). Through the blood of Jesus’ cross, God has made peace, reconciling all things to Himself. God did it…the blood of Christ pacifies the guilty conscience.” (the blood…pg. 15)

“The blood of Jesus Christ is precious because of its OVERCOMING power…(Revelation 12:11)…‘The word of their testimony’ would be their right confession. We’ve preached a lot about faith confessions, and a lot of people have made a lot of confessions. But I don’t think they know as much as they should about the blood of the Lamb…there is overcoming power in the blood of Jesus: power to overcome the world…” (The blood…pg.26,27)

“‘In the Name of Jesus, I plead the blood!’ (Did you ever stop to think that the Name of Jesus wouldn’t work if it weren’t for the blood? It all goes together.” (The blood…pg. 29,30)

Blessings,

Debtfree

If we're quoting Brother Hagin, we can't forget this classic:
"Dont' shout me down now, just 'cause I'm preaching real good!"

Or my personal favorite: "If God could do anything, He'd make you pay your tithes!"
