This is my kind of theology right here.

God Bless you MrJim.

I was converted in 1987 and discipled by mennonites. Since then I've been Reformed Calvinist, Evangelical Free, and currently at an American Baptist. I've been studying the apostolic church for the past three years, particularly Catholic and Orthodox and seem to have settled on Catholic. Not a popular topic at home but discussions are interesting at bible study and sunday school as I generally take a Catholic POV (and take my Catholic Study Bible too ~we are studying Esther in SS and the "Catholic Bible" has lots more Esther than "regular" bibles).

So anyhow that's the seeking in a nutshell~I've a pretty decent library of Catholic books and whatever I don't have is generally available on the net. I've read most of the "Conversion" books and have been amazed at how similar a trail we protestant-to-Catholic folks walk...

I understand that. I am a convert. Was all over the map as a Protestant but never could quite get settled.
I did not come into the Catholic Church easily. I was pretty anti-anything or anybody Catholic and then met my husband to be. As they say the rest is history. I fought the Charismatic renewal just as hard but the Lord wanted me here. That was in the 1960s and this is where I have been ever since.
Of course I love it now. I am just where the Lord wants me.
I am in leadership and on a healing prayer team and being blessed.
