I'm getting Baptised this Sunday

Guess what... well you already know from the title of the thread...
I'm getting Baptised on Sunday....
And I'm a bit nervous, mainly excited... but yeah...
Anyone else just been baptised?
Man.... I'm really looking forward to it but a little nervous....

I really love Jesus and want to show the world (well my church at least!!) this... I have been really trying to develop my relationship with Jesus over the past 3 months and it is wonderful... I love Him so much!!!

Alright, thats awesome Nothing to be nervous about, its a great thing I cant believe its been 10 years since i was baptised!

That's great! There's nothing to be nervous about. It was about 7 years ago that I was baptised (you're talking about the full immersion under water thing aren't you?)


My mum had a hard time understanding what it was all about and refused to come. I have been brought up in the Anglican church and unfortunately she is very religious.

Well i have about 5 hours to go and I am really really nervous now.
But i'm sure once i'm there it'll be all good.

Well... I did it... and it was absolutely awesome and i am so glad that I made the desision to do this now.
God is great and I am totally in awe!!!
I am just going to keep praying and developing this precious relationship...
But it was totally wonderful and i wish i could just capture the feeling and everything...
