Why? The only thing any other creationist (NathanCGreen) has said about my essay is that he didn’t want to take the time to refute it.
That’s not a victory, it’s a cop-out. What would be necessary for either of you to have a victory is if one of you showed that you were actually able to refute my points, rather than just claiming you can while saying nothing to support this, and then if I and the other supporters of evolution weren’t able to refute your reply.
It’s obvious that neither of you are able to do that. The only reason the two of you replied here is because it would look bad if this thread got no replies from creationists at all, but if either of you were capable of saying anything of value about my essay, you or he would have done so. If you think I’m wrong about this, I encourage you to prove it, but I know that you won’t. If you or Nathan replies again, it will be with another arrogant and empty post like the two so far.

The question that will surely be asked at this point is, can the theory of evolution be considered sound science? Although it would be easy to answer this question with a simple “yes” or “no”, such an answer would be of little value: a scientific theory is never valid because a person declares it to be so, but because of its ability to explain evidence that cannot be explained by any competing theory. It is for this reason that the next six chapters of this booklet exist: in order to show what this evidence is in the case of evolution.
This paragraph has at least two obvious problems:
The term "sound science" is not defined. Is an unsound science still a science? If not, then it is a wrong question.
A scientific theory is STILL valid even it can not explain some features. (evidence is a wrong word to use in here). It has nothing to do with any other competing theories.
Because of these two problems. The paragraph has one big problem: confusing.
So, I guess the reader can save time by skipping the rest of the book.
We all know that I have been plenty game on many big questions.

Anyone who wants to accuse me of being "unable" to argue or being afraid really ought to know better.

Those that qualify as sound must fit the description given above, explaining all of the observations which pertain to them in a way that no other theory can.
You didn’t read the whole thing, did you?
I’m also still waiting for someone to address the actual points of my essay, rather than just pointing out things they don’t like about my word choice and sentence structure.
