Muslims are very ardent to say that their prophet Mohamed was a pious, generous, kind and loving man. I don’t know why they say like that. Muslims are supported by Bahaais who pretend as embracing all but don’t reach anywhere. If anyone says that Mohamed was a pious, generous, kind and loving man who had done justice to all in his life, I would like to request him to comment on an incident mentioned below which is one among hundreds:
"Sirat Rasulallah" ("Life of the Prophet of Allah") is considered the most authentic biography of Mohamed. It is the oldest available biography of Mohamed. This book was written by Ibn Ishaq, 100 years before any of the major works of the Hadith. In page 515, we read of an event that took place about three years before the death of Mohamed. It tells about Mohamed’s conquest of Khaibar, a large Jewish settlement with some of the best date palms in the region. The Jews of Khaibar were prosperous merchants, craftsmen, and farmers. Kinana al-Rabi, who was said to have had the custody of a certain hidden treasure, was brought to Mohamed who asked him about it. Kinana denied that he knew where it was. A Jew came to Mohamed and said that he had seen Kinana going round a certain ruin every morning early.
Mohamed said to Kinana: "Do you know that if we find you have it, I shall kill you?"
He said: "Yes."
Mohamed gave orders that the ruin be excavated and some of the treasure was found. When he asked Kinana about the rest of the treasure he refused to produce it, so Mohamed gave orders to al-Zubayr Al-Awwam: "Torture him until you extract what he has." So he kindled a fire with flint and steel on his chest until Kinana was nearly dead. Then Mohamed delivered him to Mohamed b. Maslama to struck off his head.
To satisfy the lust for wealth of Mohamed, Mohamed b. Maslama struck off the head of Kinana al-Rabi, a generous Jewish merchant.
This is only one such example among many. If you read Hadiths, you could see hundreds of like instances to prove the “generosity” and “love” of Mohamed to his fellow beings.
Now you please tell me, how we could respond when our Muslim friends say that Mohamed was generous, pious and kind? Some Muslims are good and agreed that Quran and Hadiths contain a lot of negative stuff. I found a message of a Muslimah living in USA in the discussion forum of Daniel Pipes on March that she was shameful about the negative verses in Quran and Hadiths. But at last, she said that anti-Islamic comments of non-Muslims are rather painful and requested non-Muslims to show more sympathy and patience to Muslims!!
This Chartered Accountant, who is writing this message, is able to solve any problem in Financial / Cost / Management Accounting, Taxation Laws, Auditing, Financial Analysis, etc. But I became an utter failure to solve the imbroglio about the “generosity” and “loving nature” of Mohamed?
Sijo.
…. I completed one more visit to Mumbai. Now the purpose was to attend a meeting conducted by Bombay Stock Exchange with regard to “Insider Trading” in Stock Market by professionals and others who reasonably have access to price-sensitive information. As per the usual practice of a missionary, I took some brochures about Lord Jesus Christ and Mother Mary to distribute in Mumbai. On Wednesday, I attended the Novena of Our Lady of Perpetual Help at St. Michael’s Church, Mahim. Whenever I go to Mumbai, I would attend the services at Mahim Church. I attended two Novenas in English and Hindi. After the English service, I was perplexed by a scene – hundreds of non-Christians including Muslim ladies in Hijab coming in front of a beautiful picture of Mother Mary and praying sincerely. The presence of Muslim ladies in a Catholic Church really motivated me as some testimonials of new Muslimahs (who were Christians earlier) made me anxious about lost souls. I noted an important point: all Muslim ladies have a child / children with them. All of them are submitting their requests ardently to Mother Mary so that “a like miracle at Cana” would happen in their life with the recommendation of Mother Mary to Lord Jesus Christ.
After the Hindi service, I came outside. I started supplying brochures and leaflets about the deity of Lord Jesus Christ, prophecies about a suffering Messiah, importance of Mother Mary, miracles in Lourdes, Fatima, Akkitha and messages given by Mother Mary. When the rush was slightly over, I found a Muslim lady in black Hijab with her daughter coming opposite to me. I gave her a brochure about Mother Mary. She accepted it very happily. Really I wanted to speak to her. She is Shabana Beegum from Andheri. Even if I started my talk in Hindi, later we shifted to English. I wanted an answer to my question – what compelled a traditional and educated Muslimah in Hijab to attend Novena and Litany to Mother Mary in a Catholic Church, that also, OPENLY WITHOUT ANY SHAME OF OTHERS SEEING HER IN HIJAB?
The “pride” of a usual Muslim made her head down. But she gave me the answer – her daughter was suffering from severe Asthma. The girl got that disease genetically. They tried a lot of medicines but all failed. Some of her neighbors told her about the wonders received by others through Mother Mary. She came to Mahim Church and promised that she along with her daughter would attend 11 Novenas on Wednesdays. Now she has completed the 7th one. At last, she declared her testimony – NOW WITHOUT ANY MEDICINE, HER DAUGHTER IS BECOMING WELL. Now the girl could complete her routine without the help of other, no need of artificial inhaler, etc.
Then I made my usual tactful question to all Muslims – “Now, do you think faith in Lord Jesus Christ is correct and Islam is wrong”?
She replied: “I don’t know”.
But before leaving, she made a declaration identical to that of made by all good Muslims I met in my missionary life – “JESUS CHRIST – MUCH MORE THAN A PROPHET”!!!
Such a declaration made by a good Muslim called Mr. Ansar Ahmed, AGM (T) [Assistant General Manager (Technical)] of our Company and his wife, led me to write a thread in this forum, “Jesus Christ – much more than a prophet” ……
Whenever I hear that sentence from a non-Christian, I would send an invitation to him silently – My dear, Welcome to the Enchanting World of Salvation offered by Lord Jesus Christ! ………..

sijo, I don't understand you intention in publishing these long disparaging and scornful threads. Firstly, if you think it will convinve the 'dirty' Muslims that thier religion is wrong, then you are truely mistaken. Rather, they will (and quite rightly) see this as an baseless attack on thier religion and ignore you. The moderate Christains too will take affront to your post, as this will only cause the divide between the Muslims and the Christains to widen, therby making this forum less conducive to inter-faith discussion.

Like I do not believe there can not be moderate muslims, I do not believe there are moderate Christians either... All about it is in the revealed Word of God.
Just my $.02...

Yes. I am sorry to all and apologize sincerely. The situation in which I wrote the message totally reflected in the post also. So such an accidental mistake happened .... Sorry to all. I deliberately apologize and take back my controversial words. In future posts, I would definitely try to avoid such allegations.

A special SORRY to you personally. When I wrote that passage, I was just back from a hot discussion with a Muslim friend in our company, after lunch. I know, that is not a justification for a good Christian as he is NOT expected to surrender to his emotions. Now I am thinking why it was happened like that?
I have edited my post. So please read it once again and make a response as a reply to my post or a personal message to my mail. Once again, a sincere SORRY to you as I have to respect your $.02.....
I am glad, and yes we Christians should warn eachother against the dangers out there, our fight is not against man and carnal things... Thanks for showing us the Christian way...

If you call all your "friends" dirty and belittle their faith, it leads me to wonder just what you consider "friends." You certainly haven't made any here
