The standards were accepted with one revision, the addition of "scientific theory" or similar language to every scientific concept mentioned. (Eg, "scientific theory of evolution". "scientific theory of gravity" etc). It's not overtly creationist language but the obvious target, considering the arguments that were used to put the new language in place, is to allow creationist discussion in the classroom.

Reps: 15,652,961,582 (power: 15,652,969) | | | the concession was inserting "scientific theory of"? i think it gives it more legitimacy if every mention of it mentions that it is the scientific theory of evolution. I just wish they would include that in front of plate tectonics.

Judging from the OP, that is exactly what they did. . . .the addition of "scientific theory" or similar language to every scientific concept mentioned.
Students should also be taught that "theory" is the highest any idea in science can get, and how "Scientific Law" is a vestige of Baconian science.
