There is no such thing as a Christian murderer (or Christian rapist, Christian liar, etc.). You are either one or the other. One can repent and be saved, but no one is saved that is a murderer. Revelation 21:8 says, "But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death." |

I am sure Hitler did not seem like a complete madman at first. Rather, he used patriotism and religious imagery (and other things) to fool a very large number of people. We cannot discern things correctly with only the mind and "research." We must have true discernment from the Holy Spirit to avoid being bamboozled.
In general, we generally see patriotism as a good thing. But there is another side. It can be used to sidetrack believers and eventually fool us. As the very wise Samuel Johnson said a long time ago, "Patriotism is the last refuge of a scoundrel." www.RanLives.com |

Are you saying that you have never told a lie or have never been fearful?
Because the straightforward implication of your interpretation of Rev. 21.8 is that no-one who lies is a Christian, and no-one who experiences fear is a Christian. Do you believe it?
