Last night's revival service went well. We spoke of how God's dwelt among us...first in a temple, then as Jesus the Christ, and now through the Holy Spirit dwelling in each one of us. Tonight I will continue to work with that and challenge the congregation to greater intentionality in evangelism.
Grace and Peace,

And praying for Kristen! I had mono in high school. Unfortunately, I let it go too long before realizing how sick I was. Not a good thing. Praying for lots of rest for Kristen and that she will be able to attend her graduation!

A couple of folk shared with me that they entered the week of revival services with some skepticism (since I'm not a 'big-name' evangelist from away, but just a pastor of a sister church), but that the services were 'exactly' what they needed. I'm grateful that God was able to give these folks a 'shot in the arm,' and pray that they will find new ways to serve Him.

May your church united who have sick loved ones learn from his teaching and benefit from his intercession. As Saint Isidore encouraged the teaching of medicine, we ask that you also guide the hands of those doctors and physicians who seek to administer aid to those who are sick and who have been mentioned in this thread.
Grant this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

Reps: 122 (power: 0) | | | Please pray for my wife and I. About two years ago, I had to go through two major surgeries without any insurance. The time since my surgeries has been a "living hell" from the people we owe money to. I owe in excess of $60,000.00 in just medical bills with one hospital wiping their part completely out which was $48,000.00. Total over $100,000.00. We anquished over this for a long time and a couple of months ago we filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy. Our hearing is today at noon. Pray for us!
