You must know that Captain-level Shinigami keep their zanpaku-to at a manageble size, else their spirit energy would force them to swing blades as tall as skyscrapers....Apparently, this power of your zanpaku-to enables you to do just that. But, will you be able to swing that froma dead stand still?

/me smiled as he took his zanpaktou off of his shoulder and in an instant his zanpaktou transformed so that it matched Ninjitsu's zanpaktou, then he took a couple of flash-steps to get out of Nin's striking range. "Are you dumb? When my zanpaktou was release by me saying "Awaken, Sword, and tear flesh," it actully became much easier to form itself into the enemy's zanpaktou's, thus confusing them. How else do you explain how I stayed alive so long?"
