One of the most practical ways is by showing love to all people. This is not meant to boast (God forbid!), but I try to be very aware of how I treat all people throughout the day. I may pray for the cashier as I wait in line, and if the person in front of me has been rude to her, I go out of my way to try to be cheerful and understanding of the difficulties of her job.
I try to be aware of the needs of other people, which could be due to circumstances such as illness, unemployment, rebellious children, marital problems.
I try to be humble (although this post may not sound that way! :wink and respectful toward others' beliefs. I know that I must love even my enemies, and my favorite Bible verse is Jesus' words "Father forgive them for they know not what they do." If Jesus could have that much love for his enemies, as He hung in pain on the cross, surely I can love and forgive people whose offenses toward me are immensely smaller than killing me.
My twin daughter died in June 2002. She was 12 months old. Please take a moment to look at the website in my profile. It could save a child, even your own!
Please, don't let the window blind industry keep you in the shade of their 5 hidden dangers!!!
My life verse is
1 Chronicles 16:11 Seek the LORD and his strength, seek his face continually.
1)Praying for others
2)volenteering to help people
3)working on other peoples houeses (mission trip)
4)working at homeless shelters (mission trips)
5)Writing devotions, and teaching Sunday School
6)volenteer to help at church.
But the real question should be, what dod we do to show others the Love of Christ? (John13.35)

Only rarely do I feed the hungry - I have worked in a soup kitchen a few times and I give to charity. Yet, I sit here with a very good meal at my desk while literally millions have starved over the last decade.
give water to the thirsty - I have witnessed, but I think it is probably ineffective. I think it is actually easy to "tell" people about Jesus. I think it is quite another thing to "provide a witness."
clothe the naked - I do give clothes to charity - but this phrase means so much more. How have I protected those without protection?
What does Jesus say are the two most important commands?
To love the Lord with all of you heart, with all of your mind and with all of your soul. The next command is to love your neighbor as yourself.
