Is there anybody out there that understands that the "alive and remain" are those "dead in Christ" which have been resurrected? Please someone surely.
1th 4:16For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
1th 4:17Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
For the someone which will ask who then are those which they meet in the air. It is those which have previously fell asleep in Jesus in which they were asking about.
Those which already fell asleep + those whom Paul is speaking (which are part of the dead in Christ) will be caught up together (resurrected) made alive and remain forever with the Lord.
1 cor 15:23 But every man in his own order: #1 Christ the firstfruits; afterward #2 they that are Christ's at his coming. 24 Then#3 cometh the end group.....

Mark
The dead in Christ are the dead in Christ and those that are alive and remain are those that are not dead but are alive and remain.

Christ himself is the first fruits, then we that are in Christ(christians)then the end comes.
Christ was raised the all other Christians will be resurrected at the post trib 2nd coming and then will come the end.
Once again pretty remedial, you dont get it because you have blinded your self by your religion/doctrine/man made traditions

Ok, so what about the people that were raised when Christ rose? Where do they fall into that scenario?
That's just two resurrections....Christ and those who belong to him at his coming.
The Bible describes more than that.
1. Christ
2. Those who rose when Christ rose
3. Resurrection and catching away of believers (Glorious appearing - prior to wrath)
4. Resurrection and catching away of two witnesses (3 days after the beast kills them)
5. Resurrection of martyrs who refused to worship the beast (when Christ physically returns)
6. Resurrection of everyone else for GWT judgment. (at the end of the millenium)
So, there is a scenario that makes ALL scripture true. What is that scenario?

They are the wave sheaf for the feast of First Fruits that Jesus was fulfilling with His resurrection...
