as far as I remember you can't upload it from your computer yet...you have to upload it to another website and get the link from that website the easiest way is to find a song that's already online, get the link for that song and past it in the right box when editing your profile....
here's a link to a website where you can upload stuff to and get a link for it...found that one in the cfhomepagediscussion hope that one works - never tried it....

sorry, but I don't know any either...try a google search for the song you want (if you already know that) and just add things like mp3, free, online, link and see what comes up...or ask in the music section - maybe they know good sites....
