Actually, this isn't *quite* the case. Vaccuum fluctuations and virtual particles arise from quantum fields. The fields that make up space time have an energy density, virtual particles 'borrow' energy from the fields and quickly donate it back in pair production/annihilation. In the absence of a quantum field (space-time, electric, strong force, etc) we would not have fluctuations.
However, it is correct to say that the fluctuations themselves are *not caused*. |

True.

Arikay meant that people have answered your question and more than once.
Quantum fluctuation is a possible answer.

Umm, I am not trying to give you a reason to believe in no god; I have given you a reason why it is possible for me to not believe in a god.

Reps: 5,365 (power: 27) | | Christian answers, no wonder you have been getting so many things about evolution wrong, and atheism.
I would recomend a good science book.
Hmm, 250, I have yet to see 250 biologists in a list.
I found a list of 91.
It would be of interest to point out that of the list AIG has,
only 1 biology scientist claims to be a creationist based on the evidence, and his claim is very sketchy at best. Not to mention he is an IDist. Originally Posted by gnarly love

Evolution does not equal atheism.
Evolution does not equal atheism.
Evolution does not equal atheism.
Evolution is not atheism.
Evolution can be theistic.
Christians can be Evolutionists.
Evolution does not say god doesnt exist.
One of the most important things to learn. in this debate. Originally Posted by gnarly love goodnight, thanks for the debate, make sure you come up with an answer for me tommorow or some time in this life or i have no reason at all whatsoever to beleive in no god.
