Our sun can hold over one million of our Earths. How is it that our star, while being so big, releases EXACTLY the right amount of energy to sustain life on our planet? Coincidence? Come on. Not even the most close-minded scientist can genuinely buy into that argument. It's there for a reason, and it's presence isn't random.

"Entire solar system" and "entire universe" are very, very, different.
Our solar system (planets, asteroids, and sun all together) are one of hundreds of thousands within our galaxy, which is one of many galaxies.

an infinite universe is one possibility, a closed universe is another. It depends on the geometry of the universe.

or better yet, there wouldn't be life on that 1% left over ...
plus you would have to fit all the other stars and black holes withing that 1% as well...

It is believed that the Universe may be curved or even curve back on itself. They do not believe it is planar or extends forever. Some think our known Universe, with its billions of galaxies, may be a small part of something much larger.
