You can do it with either your goal weight loss or your actual weight. I did the goal weight loss to show you all. I know there are several here who didn't want to post thier weight. You have to put it in for the ticker, but as you can see, it doesn't appear to anyone when you post the ticker.

Not been home from work for long and thought I would drop in for a few. Since it's quiet, I will go and be back later.
My son and I have praise and worship tonight, but I will be back after 9pm (eastern).
